Today while configuring my graphics card I started reminiscing about a 3D screensaver I used to have about three or four years ago called VoodooLights. I searched the web to see if there was a cool new version of it available, but apparently its website has since gone defunct and been taken over by a cybersquatter.
But then I recalled an earlier screensaver I used to run back around the time we moved into Estancias, which means around 1996 or so. It consisted of a series of cows (and a few chickens) flying across the screen in myriad poses and making sounds. Man, I still remember the endless "...moooo.... hehehehehe..... b'kaw!" droning from the computer throughout the night when I forgot to mute the speakers.
So I dove into my "OLD FILES" folder and sure enough, there it was, originally filed under "C:\Cool Stuff\Cows\". Reading the readme file now, I see this screen saver was written in 1994 for Windows 3.1. WinXP apparently refuses to recognize it when I try to install it, but double-clicking the file to "test" it works, and I was greeted with that "b'kaw!" I remembered so well. It seems to take like ten seconds for the next cow to fly past, but it comes if you wait for it. So, with full understanding of the power of what I'm unleashing to the world, I now make the screen saver available here so that you may share in my joy/torment.

Haha, did you see the one where the chicken's balloon pops and he falls to his death? "Kawaaaaaaaa!"
