working

Jimmy Eat World - Table For Glasses

too much work! this semester i'm finding myself flooded with work. couple that with the fact that i have 8am classes every day of the week, and it's quite the opposite of the laid back, easygoing final semester i was hoping for. i'll be leaving in 3 months and i want to make the most of this time with my friends and everything, but i don't have time to hang out with almost any of them. i've very rarely gotten to hang out with meg or jenn, and i havent even gotten to SEE alia since we got back from japan, aside from a few mins at ko's house at the beginning of the semester.

i'm trying to decide whether or not to drop japanese. it's entirely voluntary, i don't need the class to graduate, and we get at least 2 hours of homework each class day. the rest of my classes give me plenty too but i could deal with them if i drop japanese. but i really don't want to, i really like the people there and it's the last opportunity i'll have for organized japanese instruction. after i graduate all the learning i'll get will be from reading a book or two, which knowing me i'll never do. bah, i dunno. i guess i should just talk to kishimoto-sensei tomorrow about it.

Kishimoto-sensei always tells our class (201), "Just tell me if you think this is too much homework". Maybe you could bring that up in your discussion with her. Then again, your class is a 300-something, right?

Yeah, she NEVER says that in our class, even though you'd think she would get the hint since there is maybe... 1 person that regularly turns all the homework in. I really CANT do all the work we have. It's discouraging, since I have to have the class to finish my minor and get the f**k out of Clemson. :-(

Awww you are listening to Jimmy Eat World? You should copy their CDs from me. Some of my favorite music ever, although it reminds me waaaay too much of Brian.
