I just found a dead mouse in the bathtub. I've been really busy with work lately, so it's been a few days since I last showered. I'm guessing he fell in there and then, with no one to come along and discover him, must have starved to death. I knew my bad hygiene was gross, but as far as I know this is the first time it has actually killed anything. I'll consider showering more often.

I sit in air conditioning the entire day except for the few seconds it takes me to walk to and from the car, and since I work at night, even those 30 seconds are quite cool. It's not really so bad :)

That was the funniest / saddest thing I've ever read. They should let David Lynch do an animated Disney movie about this...someone get to work on a screenplay!

The mouse's final line of the movie...

Mouse: "His filth...wretched filth...it's...killing me" as he scrawls his last will and testimony into the blackish soap scum with his little pink mouse paws.

That is the best movie idea I have heard in a long time. It needs to be a black and white animated film with freaky flashes of color near the end as the mouse is dying.

Well, finding it dead is probably better then finding it alive and having to kill it. Oh wait, you wouldn't kill it. You would have to catch it and set it free. Much harder then dead mouse removal. Poor mouse.

When you have mice in your house they are not considered "cute" they are thought of as disease ridden, girl screaming, rodents. Wow, it doesn't sound like I'm a member of PETA at all.
