Music That Doesn't Suck

This week's Music That Doesn't Suck:

Lovesong - Snake river Conspiracy (3.6 MB)

Now this song just kicks ass. You must download it. Many people describe this band as a cross between Nine Inch Nails and Garbage. I suppose that's a pretty good description. The music is computer-based, agressive industrial (I love it, I wanna learn what software or whatever you use to get those kinds of sounds), and the singer is a girl named Tobey with a cool voice. There's a video for one of the songs on the CD, and based on that I can tell you she's damn hot too :) But yah this song is my fave from the CD right now. Fetch.

3 Libras - A Perfect Circle (3.4 MB)

Kickass song from a kickass CD - A Perfect Circle is a band featuring Tool's singer, Maynard, at the helm. This ain't his side project tho. He just writes the lyrics and sings. But he does this quite well - as we've come to expect from him. APC has an overall mellower sound than Tool, and Maynard sings more melodically on this CD. I like it lots. And you will too. Unless you suck. You don't want to suck, do you?

Soul To Squeeze - Red Hot Chili Peppers (4.5 MB)

This is nothing new. I don't listen to the RHCP much so I have no idea what CD this song is from or anything, I just know my brother and I used to love it when it was on MTV years ago. So here it is. I like it. Cool bassline. Cool video. Midgets!

A Tout Le Monde - Megadeth (4.1 MB)

I'm not suicidal (at least at the moment) but if I ever do committ suicide, this will definitely be my suicide note. My favorite track from their Youthanasia CD. The lyrics kick ass. I won't say anymore. Get it and see.

Get winamp, the best mp3 player.
